Delete Your Allspark Account

This page explains how Allspark users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. Allspark is operated under the developer name shown on our Google Play Store listing.
Delete your account in the app
If you can sign in to the app, use the in-app deletion flow:
- Open the Allspark app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
When you submit this request, Allspark removes your profile data immediately where possible and queues an account erasure request for any remaining account records.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your Allspark account:
Please include the subject line “Allspark Account Deletion Request”.
Data deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account, including:
- Account profile details, such as display name and email-linked profile records.
- Saved preferences, such as connector preferences, vehicle profile details, and home-base labels.
- Profile photos or other account media stored by Allspark, where applicable.
- Authentication sessions and account access records, where technically possible.
Data we may retain
Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or operational integrity. This may include:
- Security logs and audit records needed to protect the service.
- Support emails or correspondence you sent to us.
- Aggregated or anonymised analytics that no longer identifies you.
- Records we must keep to comply with applicable law.
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies and security logs may take longer to expire through normal retention cycles, but they are not used to restore active user profiles after deletion.
